Claire joined JRA in 2009, with 15 years experience in team and call centre management within organisations including Welcome Financial Services Ltd and City Bank.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Claire is responsible for the day to day co-ordination of CATI projects and resources in the telephone centre.
Outside work, Claire loves travelling with my husband Adrian and they have already crossed off from "Their List" Australia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Bali.
