I joined JRA in 2009, with 15 years experience in team and call centre management within organisations including Welcome Financial Services Ltd and City Bank.
Reporting to the CATI Operations Manager, I am responsible for the day to day co-ordination of CATI projects and resources in the telephone centre.
Outside work, I love travelling with my husband Adrian and we have already crossed off "Our List" Australia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Bali.
