Paul is our CATI Operations Manager and oversees the project management processes of Data Processing, Analysis and Telephone Interviewing at our sites in Nottingham.
Paul is dedicated to ensuring the highest possible standards and delivers project goals and objectives for JRA clients by optimising resources through a dedicated team of Call Centre & Analyst Professionals. Paul’s remit involves improving existing policies and procedures and shaping and refining new ones in line with ISO20252, MRS, MRQSA and IQCS.
Paul has been with JRA since July 2007, prior to this he developed considerable HR & Management experience working with the likes of Yellow Pages, Telewest Broadband and Capita Group.
