Sarah joined JRA Research 12 years ago after graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Business Economics. After being trained in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies she decided that her passion was for qualitative research and followed that path to her current position of Associate Director.
Gaining exposure across a multitude of sectors, Sarah has extensive experience of moderating and project management in both consumer and B2B research for International and UK clients.
Her enthusiasm and love of moderating and all things qualitative extends across the company.
Sarah is instrumental in the training and development of Execs in qualitative methods through her leadership of JRA’s ‘Qual Club’, which has now been rolled out to clients too. In addition she prides herself on delivering impactful debriefs through the implementation of techniques other than PowerPoint slides!
