Our UK field force and dedicated call centre are experienced at conducting both consumer and b2b qualitative recruitment overseen. All recruitment is conducted to the highest standard, rigorously checked and respondents are clear of the process and what is expected of them.
All qualitative projects commissioned with JRA are assigned to one of our qualitative experts to manage the process. They will be the primary client contact and involved in all stages of the research process from methodology design, moderation, analysis and debriefing ensuring a consistency and depth of understanding at each stage.
Our senior moderators have a wealth of experience running sessions covering a variety of topics including NPD, Branding Studies, Product and Concept Testing. Our team have extensive experience conducting sessions with a wide range of respondents from children and young people to senior management and are well equipped to ensure the correct techniques are employed to reach each group.
As well as having a wealth of experience with ‘standard’ qualitative techniques at JRA we approach every project by looking at your unique requirements, and have an open mind about the methodology and techniques that will be required. Some more creative techniques we have utilised recently include Ethnographic immersion sessions, on and off line diaries and forums and Collaborate Workshops.
