JRA Research has promoted Paul Sutton to Associate Director.
Paul will work closely with the research team and manage all of the company’s day-to-day operations, having previously served as our Telephone Centre Manager and Operations Manager since joining us in 2007.
Prior to joining JRA, Paul managed operations for the Capita Learning & Development team and has held management roles at Virgin Media & Yellow Pages.
